What changes when the project is in the UAE
The UAE is not one climate or one building type. These are the four points we settle with you before a quotation is issued.
Coastal humidity and salt
Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates put façades in continuous salt air. We recommend higher-grade surface protection and coated or stainless hardware, and we ask where the elevation sits before quoting.
Humidity differential and condensation
Air-conditioned interiors against humid exteriors are where frames sweat. Thermal break profiles with warm-edge glass units and correct drainage are the starting point, not an upgrade.
High-rise wind load and logistics
Above a certain height, panel size is decided by wind load, weight and how the glass reaches the floor. We check frame depth, reinforcement and lift access before confirming a system.
Fit-out programme and phased delivery
Interior fit-out runs floor by floor. Production and shipment can be phased to match your programme so material is not stored on site longer than necessary.

Submittals and approvals
We prepare the technical submittal package your consultant expects: system description, profile sections, glazing build-up, hardware, finish and available test references for the configuration quoted.
Quotation from drawings or BOQ
Send the window schedule, BOQ or architectural drawings. We return a quotation with sizes, configurations, glass, finish, packing and lead time.
Drawing review before production
Shop drawings are reviewed and open questions are confirmed in writing before production is released.
Packing and container plan
Protective film, foam corners, crates or pallets and a container loading plan — with packing photos before the container is sealed.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery into the UAE
Ports and destinations
Jebel Ali (Dubai), Khalifa Port (Abu Dhabi) and Sharjah, with inland delivery to site. The current sailing schedule is confirmed with your quotation.
Re-export and distribution
The UAE serves the wider region. For distributors and re-exporters we support factory-direct pricing, OEM/private label and mixed-model containers.

Can you support a consultant submittal package?
Yes. Tell us the format and the documents your consultant requires at tender stage; we prepare the technical submittal for the configuration we quote and list anything that must be confirmed by you.
Do you supply for phased fit-out programmes?
Yes — production and shipment can be phased by floor, building or zone. The phasing plan is agreed at order stage.
How do you handle coastal corrosion?
We ask for the elevation and exposure first, then recommend finish and hardware accordingly. Salt air changes what should be specified — it is not only a colour decision.
We are a distributor or re-exporter in the UAE. Can we work together?

Do you install in the UAE?
We supply factory-direct systems with installation drawings and guidance; installation is carried out by your local contractor.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus any project-specific document you tell us about at inquiry stage — we confirm in writing what we can provide before you order.
