Extreme summer heat
Riyadh and the Eastern Province regularly exceed 45 °C. Thermal break profiles and insulated low-E glass reduce cooling load and condensation risk at the frame.
Sand and dust
Fine dust finds any straight-through gap. We specify multi-point EPDM gaskets, brush seals on sliding tracks and drainage paths designed to be cleaned.
Coastal humidity and salt
Jeddah, Yanbu, Dammam and Khobar are coastal. We recommend anodized or powder-coated finishes and coated hardware for salt exposure.
Large openings and wind
Wide sliding doors need engineered mullions. Frame depth, reinforcement and panel weight are checked against your opening sizes before quotation.

Quotation from your documents
Send a window schedule, BOQ or architectural drawings. We return a quotation with sizes, configurations, glass, finish, packing and lead time.
Drawing review and comments
We review your shop drawing package, confirm dimensions and open questions in writing, and only then release to production.
Samples and mock-up
Profile and corner samples, hardware samples and finish samples can be prepared before series production.
Packing and container plan
Protective film, foam corners, wooden crates or pallets, plus a container loading plan so you know what arrives.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery into Saudi Arabia
Ports and destinations
We ship to Jeddah Islamic Port, King Abdulaziz Port (Dammam) and on-carriage to Riyadh and other inland cities. The current sailing schedule is confirmed with your quotation.
Export packing
Protective film on profiles, foam corners, crates or pallets and a container loading plan. Packing photos are taken before the container is sealed.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any project-specific document you tell us about at the inquiry stage.

What do you need to quote a Saudi project?
A window schedule, BOQ or drawings with sizes and quantities, the glass and finish you expect, the project city and the delivery date you are working to. If something is missing, we list the questions instead of guessing.
Do you work from architectural and shop drawings?
Yes. We review the package, confirm dimensions and interfaces, and issue written comments before production.
Can production and shipment be phased?
Yes. Production and delivery can be phased to match site progress — this is agreed at order stage.
Which documents are provided for customs and SASO / SABER?
Tell us the documentation requirement at the inquiry stage. We confirm in writing what we can provide for your shipment before you order.
Do you supply installation?
We supply factory-direct systems and installation drawings and guidance. Installation is carried out by your local contractor.
What are the payment terms?
Terms are stated in the quotation and agreed before production, including for first orders and repeat projects.
